EventMint helps organisers manage events, invitations, guest lists, and RSVP tracking. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

  • Account information, such as your email address, display name, sign-in identifiers, and authentication records.
  • Contact and invitee information that you add or sync, such as names, phone numbers, and group membership.
  • Event information, such as event titles, dates, locations, notes, invitee lists, RSVP responses, and guest details you submit.
  • Operational records, such as basic logs and service metadata used to secure the service and troubleshoot issues.

How We Use Information

  • Provide, maintain, and secure EventMint.
  • Authenticate accounts and send service emails such as verification messages.
  • Help organisers create events, manage invitees, and track replies.
  • Respond to support requests, investigate abuse, and fix product issues.

How Information Is Shared

We may share information with service providers that host or support EventMint, deliver account emails, or transmit invitations and replies on your behalf.

Information entered for an event may be visible to the organiser and to participants only as needed to manage that event and its guest list.

We do not sell your personal information or use third-party advertising SDKs.

Your Choices

  • You can review and update event, contact, and account information in the app.
  • You can manage contact-sync permissions from your device settings.
  • You can delete your account from the app settings, or contact us to request deletion.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to operate the service, keep it secure, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. When you delete your account, we remove account data from active service records except where limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Children's Privacy

EventMint is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page and apply it with the relevant service or app release.
